New Katarina Weakness and Problems

i want to talk about the animation of Katarina. While Katarina are throwing her dagger, the animation of the dagger is too long!!! It causes Katarina cannot give the damage to the enemy on time. Katarina will be focused really hardly if the animation time is being that long. i hope riot can reduce the animation time of Katarina daggers!!!!!!!! Agree or Not??
