Evelynn

Hey guys, this is my first time commenting and or using the forums. I'm quite new to league, and I've recently playing Evelynn. I had a few questions and wonder if anyone could answer them:

1. I hear people say that Evelynn is on the chopping block for a update, does this mean like visual or kit? (I'm so stupid lmAO)
2. People say Evelynn was gutted, and that she is garbage. Is she really? I find her quite good and fun tbh, but then again I'm some scrandy in bRonze.
3. Should Evelynns passive be nerfed. (Nice gRammaR tOMok) I really get worried when I find myself thinking about her passive being changed/removed, but do you peoples personally find it that much of a problem?

I just wanna know general information since a lot of it is not straightfoward or unclear to me.
