skarner's new passive

I have found that skarner's new passive gives him faster clears and better counter-jungling, however it gives little to no lane presence and makes him weak against gank-heavy junglers like shaco and rengar. I dont like this trade-off as it gives less utility in general. I think that his passive should be changed to scaling movement speed and attack speed, as it would give better lane presence and utility in the late game, as his current passive falls off in the late game and is easy to counterplay
