Give more refunds
Well since all my favourite champions are getting nerfed so much that they are unplayable (eg: Rengar) maybe hand out some refunds so i can buy new (useful) champions

It won't happen as it is all the purpose of the non-stop "balancing". I mean do you really think they just can't balance the game since long years despite they so much try it? No. They continously keep on nerfing an buffing champs and releasing fancy new skins for the currently buffed ones just to make you buy them. And in a couple of months when your old champs will be mostly unplayable but at least perfectly out of meta, they expect you to buy the new op (articifally buffed) champs, hopefully with some of the new shinny skins for them. And this just goes on all the time. So what would be the reason in all these efforts if they would just give you back your money? :-)
