Ekko Nerfs

I know there have been a bunch of threads about Ekko, but mainly due to his ability to build tank and still do damage. A lot of people think its from the % Hp passive on W, and it very well could be.

I am proposing we remove the % hp and just add a flat damage if the stun actually lands, of course with more scaling than flat damage. Something like 50/65/80/95 (+50% AP) and depending on how much it affects AP Ekko or not let the nerfs/buffs happen to it.

I thoroughly enjoy playing AP, but I am worried about his ability to AP jungle. Seeing how that took a massive with the lock-out of passive even on monsters for 5 seconds.

P.S Don't care about "Just delete the Cancer champ"..

No it's not the %damage that causes Tank Ekko, because it's in %MissingHP.

And what the hell are you talking about "when the stun procs"? O_o The percent damage you're talking about procs on every basic attack if the enemy is below 30% maxHP, you want to completely remove any enhanced damage from his basic attacks? If that's what you mean, that's a bad idea.
