Garen Yuumi bot lane is a very toxic combo and I can speak from experience, my most recent game I faced against them and there is very little I could do... Please fix this, maybe have Garen get less healing off of outer sources (like 40% if it's not his passive). Just my thoughts, again, though, its a very toxic combo.

First item this, ask your support to run 
. Don't let him CS without eating like 2 autos and he won't be able to do much. All in him before level 11, after whittling him down. He can't lock you down outside of flashing on you if you respect his range.
