PBE AP Items and Vlad future rework

With the ap item rework coming to servers we will unfortunately be losing spell vamp, yes sad i know, but with that said they will need to rework vladimir accordingly, now MY POINT IS in my opinion being a squishy sustain mage vlad should get reworked to stack as health dmg % to become a sustainable tank instead of straight ap into Q E and R respectively. this is my first major post like this hope you guys provide your brutally honest feedback or suggestions, remember rifters and rioteers keep the chat pg please. Riot said they will rework vlad around the fact that spellvamp is being removed

He's already a sustained damage tanky dps mage, what do want to change?

You know the mage updates and items changes are going to be in the same patch

the items benefit him a lot actually

the hextech starburst gives him AP, health, CDR and the dash active, he gets CDR from abyssal and zhonya's, his two primary defensive items, he gets even more sustain from visage now (swap abyssal for it I guess)

now he doesn't need to build a bunch of CDR items/get them in his runes and can put more AP and magic pen in his build. I think the future is good for him so far
