Why do we have to earn re-rolls? Everyone should be given 2 re-rolls every single game. When I quit originally I owned every single champion. Now upon returning there are many I do not care to ever play again. The current system just promotes toxic players and queue dodging on bad picks.

Let us only be able to use 2 rolls but earn up to 4.
Minarde1 votesPresumably earning rerolls was/is meant as a balance lever for owning champs. More frequent rerolls compensates for higher likelihood of rolling undesirable (weak or personal preference) champs. Freely giving rerolls has a potential to result in more curated team comps and less champ variety. Maybe it's still worthwhile, but Riot would then need to come up with a different handicap for players with larger champ pools.
