Remove soraka from the urf gamemode
No one should have to suffer through this as I have. Playing as her is the most un fun thing you can imagine

Remove Fiora too, she has literally 0 counterplay... and I mean that by urf standards

urf isn't supposed to be balanced, cooldowns usually balance some skills.
