Very Uneven Teammates

Hello. First time I am writing here. I am Silver IV. So I was hoping for some help concerning my games. In games, I keep getting matched with very uneven skill level teammates. It gets me super frustrated. Yesterday I played 3 games, and today 1, and my teammates is very unskilled (lost all games). In one game, I have made 14k damage, while highest of my teammates was 8k, and I play top, and my damage is highest in both teams. I hoped oh one bad game, but totally the same thing keeps happening game after game, and it makes the game totally not fun to play. They make it totally impossible to carry having 0/5 as ADC in botlane in ten minutes, or level 5 warwick diving Trundle under the turret, dying, making my lane more difficult to play with a gank, lol. Is it the ELO hell everyone is talking about? I wanted to ask if there's any tricks maybe? If I play 10 games unranked and then return to ranked, will I still be matched with teammates like that, maybe anyone has experience with it? Thanks a lot guys.
