Quinn feels a lot better with the changes that have been made so far, but one thing I feel could be changed is how Harrier interacts with Vault. Sometimes a target is marked with Harrier while using Vault(either before or during). It would be nice for Vault to proc the first Harrier before reapplying. Thoughts?
While that would be nice, that would make her a bit OP, as you wouldn't have to pay attention as much to get of the double Harrier burst
Na, i think it's good as it is, proccing 2 harrier in a row is a LOT of damage, it's right you've ro work for it.
The scenario feels very underwhelming when you start the Vault, and mid animation, Harrier marks a target only to be refreshed with no additional effect. This could also add some decision making to her kit. Anything else would be better than nothing.
Attack speed Move speed Vaulted Harrier dealing reduced damage Bind Stun Blind etc...
I agree that it's underwhelming when that happens. But I think that's one of the intended tradeoffs. That and giving Quinn too many buffs will make her too strong in the toplane.
