They over-tuned her - no argument there.

Tibbers CD is too low. She can drop it in lane, and by the time you get back, it's up again.

Her passive is also a problem. TFs Gold Card was nerfed because he could zone too long with it, yet Annie can zone indefinitely.

Shouldn't need explanation, she's been an issue for awhile that rito won't address...

annie is only useful with her flash up without it so many champs and i mean so many champs out range, and poke her down all day in both mid and bot its not funny. i used to play annie alot and she can be strong if you ignore her and walk into a her short as hell ult range. its like walking close to darius what do you expect other than to be pulled to your death.

her passive stun duratin seems like 3 seconds and its not fair at all to any team comp to any champ
