2 Issues. Matchmaking when on losing streak, Unsportsmanlike penalties.

Recently I have incurred a losing streak, 7-8 games, and through that losing streak I have had multiple players placed in my queue that fed extremely hard in game and were not nearly as good of players as the enemy team. Multiple smurf accounts were present on the enemy team but none to my knowledge on my team. I also received a chat ban because all 4 teammates on my team decided to report me for unsportsmanlike conduct because I requested a lane swap. My mid laner said to me "fuck your mom. your mom is my bitch. etc." and I get the chat ban? If you do not resolve there issues I will quite league and have all my friends quit as well. To think, I was going to buy RP.... Not so sure anymore.
