I just finished my second game today where it was me againts 9 Bots, or non human players. It completely ruins the game and I don't understand why it keeps happening and no one seems to fix this, anyone else annoyed by it?

Just keep playing and as your MMR rises the bots will become increasingly rare and finally disappear altogether, though it may be a matter of weeks. You can report them if you want, but that doesn't seem to make any difference since it's evidently still going on as much as ever.
