Bard Is Balanced? Learn why he isn't....veteran guide and in-depth analysis.

Hey guys I really want to get the communities opinions on a guide I just wrote. I am a beta veteran of league of legends and have mained support to some degree for 5+ years now. I have exceeded all stats of the average bard player by a substantial amount and wanted to put my knowledge online to see what everyone thinks and get any suggestions/questions/tips that are out there. This community is about learning, adapting, and getting better.

I recently have a account I only play bard on and have been having great success climbing mid diamond as we speak.
