gg. i cant play fucking ranked cuz of this bullshit 20 required champions. i need fucking 8100 more ip to afford the cheapest fucking champions in order to play.

If you've only JUST reached 30, then you're probably not ready to play competitively anyway.
If this is your first time reaching level 30 then you shouldn't be playing ranked anyway. If it isn't, then you already know what the deal is so why are you complaining?
They said they are trying to fix this with next season. Too bad for you, but not much reason to start ranked now unless you are amazing.
