Game Keeps Freezing Mid-Game

This problem is starting to get unbearable. I have tried fixing it in a few ways. Sometimes it won't freeze, but most of the time it will. First, the music will cut out, then I have about a minute worth of playing before a giant freeze happens. I can hear the river running, but the screen and all other sound (even if i'm playing music in the background (music off of my laptop, not Pandora or anything)) will stop. The game may freeze for a minute, two minutes, heck it even froze six minutes one time (and I believe everybody reported me for AFK on that one). This is really inconvenient because it happens SO MUCH and people think i'm going AFK. Sometimes it will unfreeze, and happen again later in the game. When it unfreezes, I get a giant bash of sound and information all at once (including people yelling at me). I can't type, I can't CTRL-ALT-DELETE, all I can do is wait or force shut off the laptop.

Tried Fixes: -Update all drivers -Run windows compatibility for windows 7 -Run as administrator -Uninstall/re-install -yell at the laptop -tried a cooling tray w/ inbuilt fan -hardwired connection -completely re-started laptop -grieving (didn't help)

Checking Task Manager at the moment (nothing changed besides not being in game): CPU 7% MEMORY 31% DISK 0% (sometimes 0-5%)

Internet Speed: According to Speedtest.net Download Speed: 152.20 mbps Upload Speed: 17.99 mbps

Give me some ideas on how to fix this.
