The toxic minority of League players can no longer interfere with the implementation of a voice chat for members of the same team. It's 2019, how is the community evolving like that? Lack of communication with non-premade team players only slows evolution. RIOT, open your eyes, please.

I mean, they can't stop it from being implemented, sure.

However, they do stop it from being a good idea.

It's not just about toxicity. There are practical reasons not to implement VC for SoloQ yet, in general.
