Right click bug?

For several games the past few days, I've been watching my right clicks not go through. It's getting to the point that, as a jungler, ganks are failing and kills that should be my teams are instead becoming the enemy teams. Is anyone else having that problem or is it just poor eyesight on my part?

I'll submit it to bugs once I know if its an actual problem or me just being salty.
