[Gameplay] Constructive Critisim

Clearly a lot of people claim the new rune system is busted. I agree, but that's not the thing I'm worried about. The main thing I am concerned about is the fact that the runes are very limited and have specific uses. Certain trees make the champion stronger, but only certain champions really benefit from these runes. On top of that the presets aren't helping anyone learn how to use the runes.
