Help with ranked

So this season I climbed from Silver V to Gold III (my peak). I used jungle and top as my roles. But after hitting promos for Gold II my luck ran out. I fell to Gold V then climbed to Gold IV, then againt to Gold V, back to Gold IV. For some reason i can't carry as much as i used to. Every game I play it's just a dead end,a defeat. I can not even win a game with my main, Udyr.I decided to take 2 weeks of vacation from ranked, so I leveled up my other accounts (played 2 or 3 games per day,playing variety of champs so I do not get rusty). So, basically I want to know what is the best role, and champs, to carry myself out of this "elo hell". I was looking into Adc as my possible new role, because in a lot of my games we lost because our adc was refusing to group past 30 min mark to end a game, or because he gave up after getting first blooded (not saying its entirely theit fault).
