Leblanc was nerfed WAAAAAY too hard. (Be gentle please) >_<

Before you read PLEASE understand I have played Leblanc for a long time and I know at stages she was pretty powerful in the right hands. I kept relearning her with each rework and tweak she received, but it went waaay too far with the most recent nerf. I think it was fabulous that Leblanc had some waive-clear introduced into her kit with the assassin rework and I even suppose it was a fair trade that she can no longer jump back straight away after W. However, I find it extremely unfair that she (as an assassin) was nerfed into the ground for being too "assassiny?" She is completely unplayable now and CANNOT assassinate ANYONE. I enjoy that I have to methodically plan her moves out now in order to reap the benefit of her passive. Yet there is no reward if the enemy still gets away anyway. Compare Leblanc with any other assassin (or any mage now since all the mages do way too much damage now anyway). I could sit Leblanc in a bush and throw my entire combo out at an unsuspecting enemy champion but the enemy would either flash out of chains, kill me, or simply NOT DIE. Yet, if we replace the scenario with Annie, Talon, Kat, Veigar...etc, They would kill their target perhaps even before finishing their combo. Maybe she can get away with killing the adc but when is the adc ever really alone (if playing safely)? I think it was fine that Riot put all her damage into her chains because it made her skill cap go up even more. But removing the slow from her E makes it difficult to fulfill that as well. Essentially there is no other way to play her other than landing E but even that does not secure an assassination. Point is, Leblanc is still a fun champ after her big assassin rework but with her damage where it is right now after her most recent nerf, you can no longer call her an assassin. I do not enjoy trading 0% benefit to her team for decent waive-clear. She needs to be balanced. But halving her damage was NOT the way to go. Riot, please address her.
