what adc counters draven

Supports counter draven, not ADCs. This is lane phase anyway. Nami, zyra, alistair, leona, janna, lulu, pretty much anyone who can abuse knowing where is is going to stand. I main Zyra and its literally the easiest thing in the world to snare him as he goes to grab an axe. If he dodges the snare I just wait for my CD and he dropped an axe. Ive played a bit of ADC myself and his damage early is really hard to counter with another ADC. I feel like he beats any of them 1v1 early maybe except for jhin. Best bet is to get some range on him with Jhin/cait/ashe/varus/ez and just play safe until you outscale him.

Draven since he can catch opposing Draven's axes

lucian can trade with him. sivir can shove wave. Cait can play from a distance. But the support match up matters a lot more than what adc you pick

Support makes or breaks the lane, Draven has no problem fighting any of the other AD's, I find that a high damage caster can counter his early game really hard

Draven’s laning phase is to be one of the strongest, if not the strongest, among the ADCs. ADCs don’t counter him, they can only keep him at bay (Lucian being able to trade, among a few others).

Supports matter a lot more when dealing with Draven.

Past the laning phase, if you’re reaching late game, chances are you can now deal with Draven if he didn’t crush you underfoot.
