Strong ganks, can camp a lane incredibly easily, can contest scuttle and duel 80% of the junglers played, and has a solid clear with a damn slow and knockup. Let's all mention that he's abused in soloq and proplay.

and if you have melee champions who are behind, then in a scenario if that you are on a ranged champion that's doing relatively well. His ult punishes you for actually positioning properly making you practically useless while Xin Zhao just shreds through your entire team. He survives longer than an actual tank because of this.

Why does no one ever talk about this disgusting champion and just talk about the state of jungle as a whole?

Xin Zhao has always been a strong early game jungler, it's the meta that makes him very strong. He falls off like a truck the later the game goes on, much like Olaf. Many strong ganking junglers can camp lanes easily, this is not Xin specific.

And no, Xin Zhao doesn't have survivability anywhere near that of a tank, he builds 2 damage items, only starts becoming somewhat durable after Sterak's, even then he can't shred through an entire team unless he's obscenely ahead, melee champions can still peel for their backline. You're a marksman, expecting to be able to 1v1 a fed diver is quite a high expectation.
