Where are rune pages in the new store?

They're under "Collections"

No I want to buy more of them but cant find them.

Same page you buy runes. But you need to show all instead of tier 3. Else they won´t show.

Good chance there will be a 2 for 1 deal when the new season hits. Fyi. So you might want to hold off a bit, if possible.
