Proposition to add Ambulance Noises and Heart Rate monitor noises to Program Soraka

I'm going to be blunt. I really like the design on Program Soraka, but the skin also feels...generic, uninspired. The effects are certainly well made, as is the model, but still. It's something I half expect as a newly released skin. It just doesn't feel like Soraka beyond the obvious.

I'd like to propose a small change to make faint ambulance noises when her passive is active and/or to add the sound of a heart rate monitor flat lining when she dies. Something to make her more hospital/healer relating. Like a high-tech nurse/doctor or something.

If you lived in cyberspace, like a TRON-like environment, Program Lissandra would look spectacular, a real showstopping Champion you'd expect to see as the final boss of an area. In comparison to that kind of feel, Program Soraka almost feels like a generic NPC that you'd meet somewhere in the environment that you'd never see again or remember. I just want the skin to stand out a bit more. The only thing to really consider is if the sound of an ambulance would be annoying (which it probably will be) which is why it should be possibly fairly quiet in comparison to say, a Vayne rolling.
