Malphite's Obviously outdated visuals

so recently it was announced that malphite will be getting a visual update and maybe a vgu. honestly Malphite in my opinion has one of the most outdated in game models and i would like to see a visual update. not even a gameplay updated is needed because he isnt a problem like the other champs that rito loves (assassins). When are us Malphite mains gonna get some love?

Mecha Malphite's splash is misleading and is nothing how it looks in-game. Can we sue for false advertisement?
