When Ranked?

Hello! I am a new player who began in October of last year. Somewhat recently I have achieved level 30, and I feel pretty comfortable with the game. I have a good understanding of ingame rules and standards, as well as things from my profile, like Runes and Masteries. My question now is, When exactly should I try ranked play? Friends from Bronze 3 to Daimond 5 can't seem to give me a proper answer. Hopefully, by asking this question, those of you willing to answer will provide some insight to others with the same question. Thank you very much.

Ok but seriously once you feel comfortable on 3 champs spread over 2 lanes and have over 50% winrate on all of them.

Ex. I select sup and mid. I am comfortable on Taric Thresh and Naut as well as Ahri. So I have at least 2 champs for Support in case one gets banned and Ahri just in case I do get mid.

Don't play rank if you enjoy the game.

When you can survive the Dead Sea is when you should play ranked.

Just play ranked whenever you feel comfortable. I started playing ranked immediately after i got 16 champ. Just get 2 or 3 champ you feel real comfortable playing.

I'd say that if you want to get better than ranked is the place to be. I find that people are more competitive and it feels different from normals. When I played normals I was constantly losing because people didn't care or didn't have enough drive to finish the game. In ranked you can feel that there is something you are working for and you have something you can lose. If ranked becomes boring or makes you angry then just stick to playing normals.
