Garen, one of the best tanks out of all of them, has in-built warmog's armour(warmog's armour has also been reworked working in high favour of garen) his damage is quite high, enough to verse any champ in game due to the fact he can silence them and prevent most of their attacks. impossible to tower dive. impossible to escape from. even if you used teemo on him his biggest counter you still struggle. nerf him to a degree where he requires some skill hence deterring most people who just want a free win using him. Thanks

Just lower his AD ratio. Literally they can build him AD and he'll still be a tank. It's getting ridiculous.

so your compl about it now instead of before why. not to metnion you have to be out of combat for a set time ge to regen mundos hp regen is actually better becuase of his passive and his ult but your compl aboit a hp regen you have to be out of combat how ever you can jungle wityh him and after a certain lvl damage from jungle monsters ignore the passive

Garen is fine right now..you just have to know how to play against him..his Q nerf slowed him down a lot making it a lot harder for him to run up smack you in the face and run back.

His heal doesn't proc if you keep poking him. His ult deals magic damage if you aren't the villain. Not many champions have silences and fewer are melee, so he fills the role of a Mage slayer (and ad caster killer).

He's an anti-carry. His villain mechanic is literally for carry hunting. If he builds armor then build last whisper or ghostblade.
