Idk I still play him, he's still pretty viable. Issue that bothered me more was the CDR boots were changed from 15% to 10%, so I have to use a 5% scaling CDR Quint now sigh

You can probably lane and survive just fine post 9 against an ad champ same as before - you just won't flip a switch and start bullying the fuck out of people by being completely impossible to trade against and push from lane.
