Seriously, the amount of unskilled player base in ranked is unreal for any game in existence. EXP boosts need to go. Getting experience for wins in any format other than actual games versus people needs to go. You should only get EXP for WINNING not just losing your way to 30 because you play a lot. You can't carry, you can't be nice, you can't be mean, you can't teach, you can't just play your game, you can't carry. I've had more records where I have lost with large KDA, my 3 mains are 3.5+ with barely 50% win rates. Not to mention you only lose more points than you win all the time, since it's not based on any sort of skill or useful data, seems like a dice roll. It doesn't match same skill players together, at all since even after winning 6 games in promos, I was dropped an entire tier despite riot saying that it would keep you close to where you were last season, which was gold. I've had a ton of bronze players on my team last season somehow, and a shocking amount of other random gold players last season that all are stuck in troll ville. Something needs to change, the ranked system in this game is nothing but random chance, who gets the less "I hate my life I will just make you lose" players, trolls, feeders, and if you say ANYTHING to curb a troll, you just get spam reported by him and his duo buddy, and you can't talk anymore for 70 games since riot never actually checks things properly, or they grab the maybe one time you swore, add more text to make it worse, and say "justified" to all the fan boys that just agree to anything that comes from the riot gods. I want to like this game, but at this point it's impossible. Hell , the other day I had 2 people that demanded we say "I'm your bitch" or they wouldn't play. Not everyone should be in ranked, I know riot needs to make money and people would be mad if they can't go from bots to ranked but something needs to give, there is enough people complaining about it that it's not "just us" or carry harder or lead your team. What do you do after all of that fails? Though bring on the "you are where you belong, you aren't a leader, going 17/9/17 means you didn't push, you didn't do this blah blah this game isn't a team game, one person can do everything and win game solo." I prolly shouldn't even leave this, nobody cares but at least I tried. That and I will just get spam trolled on here and tons of negative comments which riot won't do anything about either. Be nice if this game was more skill based and not just I got lucky my team didn't have a bad day at work or a sad life. /endpointlessrant, bring on the trolls and flaming.

To be honest for once I agree.

So on this account, which is my cousins old account, I got to gold 2 very quickly starting from the beginning of season 5 (last season I was a plat 1 jungle main on my account)

He quit playing for various reasons and has some champs / rune pages I do not so I played on his account. I did my promos on my main account 2 weeks back and after 2 weeks of playing on it I am stuck in Silver 3. Its definitely strange to me that I can't get past s3 on it when i am placed in gold 2 on this account. Alot of it really falls to luck in lower elo unfortunately. All it takes is getting 15/20 games with a strong team to get some wins and climb up fast

It is most unfortunate.

I checked your match histories. You definitely have the mechanics for champions down as those could be indicated by your KDA. However, the next step for you would be to transform the advantages you gained from KDA into objectives control.

Some advice, take them or leave them:

Your pantheon is strong, but always keep in mind that Pantheon falls off late game REALLY HARD. You can only carry the team up until a certain point of the game before you start becoming irrelevant. If you want to keep playing/winning with Pantheon, my advice would be that you camp a lane that can carry late game.

For your graves, I see you have on and off games. I would suggest you to not play ADC unless you are duoing with a support that you know will peel for you.

If you are significantly better, you will carry your to where you belong.

Ranked isn't broken.

You know what is funny. I used to be very helpful, post nothing but good constructive things, and try to help riot with ideas and by letting others know what I knew.... But it's been years and riot doesn't do sh it. Their systems are sh it, their attitude towards their player base is sh it, their entire PB department is sh it and their support department is filled with answer bots, retards and as sholes.

I don't think we need to make it harder to get to lvl 30 but you'd think there would be some other hoop to jump through before you could go to ranked. Right now any troll can throw an account into ranked, hell I'm thinking of buying an account off e-bay to see how long it would take an account to get banned.

Ranked is broken and the beginning of it's problem is the seeding system. I've seen soooo many ideas to try and fix ranked But frankly riot ignores good ideas. They won't discuss anything they won't improve anything and what they have done encourages trolls. I think they only market this game to stockholms and as sholes because it you tell someone to stfu after he harasses you for 30 minutes riot punishes you while giving the troll all his rewards. The problem is riot not caring about their players. I have stopped buying RP and will probably never give riot money again because of everything I've seen riot do and refuse to do.

Basically you are right that ranked is broken, but riot won't fix it and a lot of the things I've seen riot do makes me think they broke it on purpose so the trolls can make people stop playing since you'll have already spent the bulk of the money you are likely to spend by the time you decide to leave because of the trolls.
