You could build ZZrot I suppose, if you're obsessed with killing them as quick as possible. But any champ with attack speed bursts down towers hideously quick.

To be perfectly honest, if you want to itemize on Xin Zhao for killing towers, you're better off building flat AD than trying to rely on the occasional Energize proc from the works-on-towers combo of Rapid Firecannon+Stattik Shiv. Triforce is pretty good because you can proc Spellblade three times in relatively quick succession, but for the rest of the slots, flat AD is better, since Xin Zhao's Q gives you three enhanced auto-attacks that scales with a total of 360% AD, and you already have enough attack speed with Triforce + W that you end up doing more DPS to the tower with flat AD than you do with only the AS from RFC + Shiv (since Xin Zhao can't crit towers anyway aside from the Energize proc).

From my own experimentation, the fastest build for killing towers on Xin Zhao is:
