Ultimate Skin?

Riot said they don't always make one in the works every year.

Plus a few years back when they did a graph on skin % they said it's only 1-4% so that doesn't really mean they for sure will have one.

I think it was cause Samsung won again last year, and they were just planning that cause they also won in 2014, so no skin there either XD

There wasn't one last year. They aren't necessarily released on a yearly basis, and elementalist lux was towards the end of 2016 so we're not that much over a year since the last one. There wasn't an ultimate skin in 2014 either.

That said, it wouldn't surprise me if a ultimate skin was already well underway in the super ultra double secret skins lab, bursting with fancy new tech.
