Still waiting to update Soraka is like waiting in the night sky to see a fallen star ;/ . Honestly rito its not fair for other support's heal, Soraka heal is killing herself while healing your ally why not gave it a little buff like her old astral blessing an "armor" what i mean is look at other supports heal can do (e.g. Nami heal can heal her ally and give them a little movement speed and can heal her 2 ally by bouncing it to enemy, Kayle heal can give her ally a movement speed either , Lulu shield can use it to enemy so that you and your ally can see the enemy where he/she's going although its a shield not heal , Lux shield can be use it to all her ally and can refresh it by hitting your ally back and she can bend it ,Janna shield can be use to turrets,Karma can be use to all her ally specially when she use her mantra and can give her ally a movement speed... etc.) although some of champ that i use for example is shield not heal but why not bring back the old astral blessing that's what Soraka make so special and plss make her stracall a bit faster to land its a star falling down not like a bird going to land on a tree and make the range a little wider that's what Soraka make a bit challenging if riot can read this plss think about all i wrote/type here.But tbh riot you made a mistake reworking Soraka she is just like the other support's after the reworked Soraka is like a baby champ in history of league of legends.Btw plss bring back old Soraka starcall or just make it like what i said here her starcall is really not op its just like that its her only skill to poke enemy although she has silence but CD is the problem anyways her old starcall is the only skill that can poke enemy but some player thought it was spamming for those who thought it was spamming it is just like that her old starcall is the only skill to poke enemy. :)

for all Soraka fan(s) there what'd you say about this whole thing idea for Soraka ;)

P.S.: RIOT PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN TO Soraka THIS WILL MAKE Soraka SPECIAL LIKE OTHER SUPPORT CHAMPION'S.......

How to get Ancient Coin (To Talisman of Ascension), Health Regain Runes, and land Starcall 101. Step one: Do it. I've gotten 48k healing off Soraka in one game. I can't do that with anyone else.

What happened is you have a near unlimited 'mana pool' because you can regain it all with one Starcall and health regain. Then you can get items like Ardent Censer to speed up a persons attack speed in seconds. Talisman of Ascension gives you 100% health regain and 100% mana regain. You can also get Mikael's Crucible and the healing ability (instead of exhaust) from the start where you can get flash as well. Using Starcall is about predicting where a person is going to move. You can also snare them with E and follow up with Q. You should be behind people and not in the thick of battle. Athene's Unholy Grail (Better if you can land a Q) and Banner of Command (If people are not defending well) are decent items on her as well. You can also get Warmog's Armor which states "Unique Passive: You gain health regeneration equal to 1% of your maximum health. Health restore increases to 3% of maximum health if damage hasn't been taken within 8 seconds."

Now I do agree it's a bit ridiculous that it isn't using mana. This is an issue when people focus you. They would have to go past 1-5 people to do that though. (Depending on the game mode and assuming you are playing her properly) When people focus me, I just use my already deleting HP to transfer it to someone else. (I'm going to die anyway) If I think I will live long enough for them to get snared, I am going to E myself. They will get stuck.

starcall should be easy to use not to do something like that and the "you should be behind people and not in the thick of battle" its because Soraka starcall is too short range that can enemy easily jump or run thru Soraka and the problem about her starcall is its just her only skill for poking enemy and its only single(if the enemy is alone in where starcall will land) target and easily to dodge and the dmg that really deal in Soraka starcall is the center of her starcall that can easily dodge.In team fight her Q is useful because you can easily get your hp back to you but in lane poking using Soraka slow to land starcall is hardest part of Soraka

That becomes an issue with characters like Riven, Fiora, Master Yi, Katarina, and etc. (Gap closers) That is still when you use E and punish them for going after you. That way, they die after you die (They will get rooted) which made their kill pretty worthless because they were more of a priority kill. Also, they will be more afraid of going after you. During the laning phase, you should be hiding in the bushes or sneaking up on the support. You should also figure out their movement patterns and trick them into a Starcall. She is high risk. I realize that. Her E is a way to keep them away though as well. It isn't just used as a snare. It is also an escape.

Soraka has issues with cowardly team mates. That is where I see her biggest 'problem'. Her team shouldn't be putting her in a position where she can't heal herself or Tank. Her other problem is her heal hurts her, which is seen when your ADC decides to dive or facetank damage. By that note, it is just time to move to mid or top. You can't fix stupid. lol

I like her better than Nami, Sona, and Nidalee. She heals more than them and her potential attack speed steroid from the item is shorter than Nidalee's. This works well with ADC.

Her problems are fixed by smart item building and competent team mates, which is actually too much to ask for a lot of times. lol

imo riot need do 2 things

1 - make her Q easier to land

2 - make better ap support items

She was just updated like last year, or near the end of the year before that.

that updated is a mistake to Soraka like i said her heal is killing herself while healing an ally and nothing else is happening to her ally not like Nami heal can give her 2 ally a movement speed and can heal her 2 ally by bouncing it tru the enemy although it was her passive and her Q is the only way to get back you hp that Soraka lost and its a bit slow to fall down

Soraka needs to poke the enemy with starcall in order to keep her and her adc healthy and I don't think nerfing Soraka will do anything good in my opinion because when I used to main Soraka, I was pretty op with the global heal and snare field. You just gotta know how to play her and go with the flow.

well its just her starcall is really slow when its going to land and the worst thing that the center of the starcall only deal really dmg and slow enemy and that center is easily to dodge/small...

This is why you gotta predict where the enemy is going to be at. Besides, you can get someone into your snare field, hit them with a starcall and then you pretty much secured the kill for the adc

She gives giant heals for a small chunk of health. She can get it back by poking multiple enemies with her Q, which has honestly really good base damage, especially in later ranks. Dont build health, it's bad for your heals. Build ap and mana regen, maybe even a little mana.

Play smarter with her, she's genuinely very good at what she does. If anything, I would reduce the amount of health she requires to heal by a percent or two. 8 or 9 percent of her health seems like a nice compromise.

i think riot should chose to make her heal either mana or hp or why not do something interesting and make her have no mana buff her q by alot and make her the fallen goddess she is it would give her a interesting identity since supports all have mana

unfortunately riot does not like soraka. So i doubt they'll buff her. If anything, they will nerf her some more. Every other support (traditional and non traditional) are better picks and are more reliable for the late game. You never go into the game and expect it to be a 20 min one. Aa 35 min game and a soraka heal is useless while her only useful ability is her E and a clutch R.

As for the +armor I agree. Even if the heal was once very 20 or so secs with no CD, the armor made it worth it. Now the target loses the HP just as fast as you give it or so it seems.
