Please delete Fizz.

Fizz is one of the most hated champions next to Teemo, Zed, and LeBlanc (thats just my personal opinion atleast). Most people would agree that just seeing a fizz tilts them, while others argue that they don't see fizz because that is the only champion the ever ban. I personally think riot would do everyone a huge favor by just completely removing fizz from the game. You see he was recently "nerfed", by changing hitboxes and raising cooldowns. Personally I think this is the same as doing nothing, but others may disagree. I recently went against a fizz in ranked and it was next to impossible to kill him. He would be cc'd for more than 2 seconds and would still manage to somehow live through the fight, even with everyone focusing him. If he was low he would E out of the fight and then just dash back in for the kills, and if he ever got low without his E he would just burst the enemy down. I think that no matter what riot does to change fizz, deleting him is the best option.
