New guinsoo on ranged champs.
When u were moving devourer's passive to guinsoo, I think u forgot to put 4hit on the ranged champs... vayne is broken rn :p

yep, they forgot... but you don't see them hard patching this until she hits 55% winrate+
I honestly dislike the Devour changes. Put it back and just give Gusenos the HP damage with a additional effect. They fucked over so many junglers that they ended up balancing over that one item.
Vayne's winrate dropped because so many people are foolishly buying this item on her. Easiest way to waste a perfectly good item slot.
