Does anyone else think this rune is as much to blame for the current game state as people having damage on their damage. Quite often I see people pick up triple or quadra kills that normally would have only been a single kill. This rune is very toxic on highly mobile assasins. That small amount of healing can really push a champion from doing their job and dying, to killing a carry, eatting a ton of CC then healing just enough to get away, or in the case of someone like YI for his c/d to come back up and the remaining players being unable to kill him and suddenly the Yi with 75hp just chain killed 3 of your teammates and has close to 50% hp now.... I mean in this Aram match I didn't out play these people, I should have only killed one maybe two of them but the healing while also ignited was enough to keep me going.... I guess it makes LCS big plays possible.
