I'd Like to be able to honor opposing teams as well, some times there is no discussion between your own team. sometimes none of your team deserves the honor. you can skip the honor screen for your own team even. please. can we honor opposing teams as well.Teemo

Indeed, until the end of Season 7, honouring enemy teammates was an option. I think that having this option encouraged additional respect. I can't imagine why it was removed...

Honour from enemy teammates is True Honour.
