I think they consider Azir in the same category as Ryze, where they are super careful about buffs because it's way too easy to break him for high Elo and pro play

i think an acceptable buff for Azir is allowing him to control his summoned turret.

I dont know about that one simply because you could focus on the adc right away and pretty much zone him/her out. i think at least make his ult an wall that you cant just walk through, or maybe more dmg idk anything really even his knock up on his e

you already can't walk through the sand wall. if you mean have it last longer then yeah. but being able to control the turret is more reasonable. it's already fragile, weak, and self destructs after 1 minute and sitting on a 3 minute cooldown.

Can you name a single champion that has an easier time creating pick after a teamfight starts? His ult can also cancel others ults on top of it. To add to that he has a lot of poke, how would you even begin to buff him without totally overloading him?
