ARSR - Jg or not?(All views welcomed)

If you have played ARSR, you should have encountered a suituation where no one is given a champ suitable of jungling and thus the team all go to lanes just like how we play in co-op vs AI(2 tops, 1 mid, 2 bots). From my observation and experience, it seems that having no jg is better than having jg, since the team with jg will have to 1v2 in one of the lanes. That lane will get crushed early and the 2 enemies will become fed and roam to carry other lanes, while the jungler on the other team often don't have enough time to build up jungle monster kills to build up items and counter that suituation.

So my question is...

  1. Does having no jungler really brings more advantage than having a jungler(at least in ARSR mode)?
  2. If yes, why people still play jungle in normal/ranked SR?

Note that I only played this game for 7 months, and start playing SR PvP for 3-4 months, and my jungling skill sucks. So I really want to hear your opinions on this...

Yeh, any time I'm jungler and the enemy has none, I just go 4 buff clear then pubstomp their whole team.

If you're winning without a jungler, the enemy jungler/top are bad. Top can just passive win by outleveling the 2v1 (even if he loses tower, as long as he doesn't die a lot, he still wins lane by outleveling and having more gold than either of the 2 top.) And jungle can just counterjungle (well..it isn't even 'counter'jungle if you're not vs an enemy jungler) and get extremely ahead by having no competition to his jungle.

But, featured game mode, people derp around and do silly stuff, so, sometimes really bad strats still win. Either by people not adapting to the change (like the jungler not invading enemy jungle and just doing his 'normal' clear/gank path, leaving that whole 2nd half of that jungle gold untapped), or just intentionally doing dumb stuff, because, FGM, so who cares?

if you have a jungler you can get more xp per minute than a team that doesnt.

if you have a jungler you can capture epic monsters with ease.

in a game with 5 team members and only 3 lanes 2 people have to go somewhere so you either double up lanes or jungle. there's not much to it than that

I mean it really depends on the team you have as well as the champion you get. I just played ARSR with the jungler on our side but none of the enemy team and we were crushed, but it might not have been because we had a jungler, it could have been their team comp!

Yup. It's a matter of economics and people knowing that there's more to winning the game than winning the fights are are available RIGHT NOW. It feels bad to be in a 1v2 lane, but if you're able to just hang out and get a little bit of CS without being auto-dived (which shouldn't happen unless you're giving up kills early, since your opponents are sharing lane gold and exp), then you're winning.

It's just like when you're camped by the enemy jungler. It usually feels shitty, but if you're constantly camped, and still staying alive, you're helping to win the game for your team by occupying more of the enemy's resources.
