I'm sure this has happened to some other people. The Poppy in the Hecarim game got an S by the way.

The system rates you based on how good you did compared to other people on the same champion in the same role, and for all roles except support, cs is a pretty big factor. I think I found your problem: 71 cs in the Kha'Zix game, 114 in the Hecarim game in 30 minutes.
Last season when armor pen Lucian was broken, I had a game where I went 20/0/14 I think the score was with a very poor cs. Enemy team surrendered at 20, I got an A+. Why? Probably how little cs I had. Work on farming a bit more and you'll be getting those S ranks.

The Hecarim game I can see how long it lasted. 40 minutes. As for the Kha game, 71 cs in 18 minutes isn't bad for a jungler, but it could be better. The biggest thing that I would recommend is taking some tax when you gank lanes. Just a couple of minions and you can get that cs up enough to get those S ranks. Maybe even learn that something you should do after every successful gank is push the minion wave in. If you killed the enemy laner, you make them miss a lot of cs while also dealing a lot of damage to their turret by doing this. If you didn't, that might open it up for a dive if you're tanky enough, and it will probably zone him away from farm. Just be careful of a countergank in that situation.
