Yeah the title say it all... there are so many champs out there that needs complete VGU or at least Ezreal/Morg level of VGU. or even just VU

I don't think Ivern or Kalista need one at all, I think they are fine. As for the rest of the list... Some I would rework definitely are: Skarner, Malphite, Shyvana, Corki, Nocturne. As for the rest of them, visual updates would work, with new voicelines and animations, for example Ahri (which should be last priority when it comes to visual updates) doesn't have much voicelines that pertain to the lore, other than the fact "Hey I am flirty" but that's about it. Same case with Varus, his voicelines aren't much, maybe you can make it like Varus and the other two ionian dudes fighting over who talks.
These also need work.
I want an even 50/50 split between new champions and VGUs. There are quite alot of champions which need an update, but I also want to see new Piltovans and Zaunites introduced to this game. So having both in an even amount would be the perfect approach for me.
Most of those champions are fine or even great.
im very disappointed, it isnt like every rework was a masterful success in balance and visuals, but i rather have fresh looking champions that riot can attend to balance over champions so old riot doesnt even care about making viable like udyr and mundo and tryndamere who have clear design problems so riot cant let them be too good

Sona has already had two failed reworks. She doesn't need a 3rd failure, she needs to be reverted to her original & only successful kit.
Boom. Easy fix. No testing, no planning, literally zero effort required. Then they can allocate resources to champions that actually require genuine attention made to them.

I don't think riot should VGU anyone without a good idea that the kit will work, a good visual design that doesn't change the champ's core aesthetics, and broad community buy-in.
If riot makes a champ worse 
it'll be years before that champ gets another VGU... unless it's

These do not need VGU from my POV. Udyr has crappy animations and look and only real way of playing is buying a skin I guess. Otherwise I completely agree with your list.
