New fiora is op

her damage on abilities is way too high. Her ult heals for a ridiculous amount in a wide range and team fights are one sided because of it. Her dash can go over walls too, and her passive is a bit op too.

She is actually not. Fiora is really hard to play if you do not know how to play her. Her cooldowns are long. To do a lot of damage you have to hit vital spots. The ULT is easy to dodge if you just run away. Sorry you are wrong. I think the new Fiora is fine. You are probably up against players that know how to play her really well.

Pearl has it right.

Q is a low CD ONLY if it hits something. W is long CD. E is meh, a good source of damage. Her R... just run away if you're marked. Hitting you on all 4 sides is not easy, especially if there's a team fight and your teammates are all around you.

I played her vs a friend for practice; it's actually kind of challenging.

shes a fantastic duelist that gets underestimated because her passive and ult healing, as well as ability to nullify an ability and possibly stun you/ignore a stun gives her a lot of power that people dont see until too late to disengage her. her q and ult make it difficult to run away, especially without high quality escapes. I do personally feel she is a bit over the top considering how a good fiora can win just about any trade and turn around an all in, but I havent played her and would rather riot just acknowledge that recent armor changes could make her too difficult to itemize/deal with for a lot of top lanes since ignite isnt very popular and can be very risky to take over tp.
