Moving HUD in current version?

I'm completely clueless when it comes to stuff that doesn't have clear direction or is blatantly obvious and stuff on the computer includes that -.-

Is there any way that you can change the positioning of certain parts of the HUD through some files in: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.1.96\deploy\DATA\menu\hud ?

Nope, Riot doesn't allow freedom like that. They just don't care about what we say mate.
