Zoom Out Xerath Ult (Like Jihn)

I think that there should be a discussion on the possibility of adding a similar zoom out feature to Xerath's ult. It feels really cool on Jihn's Ult and makes picking up those snipe kills very satisfying as a player. I think this interaction should be added to Xerath's.
