Dynamic que is thrash and i cant enjoy the game anymore beacuse of it

I didnt belive in ELO hell before dynamic que was introduced as a toplane main i allready have so little to say in what happens arround the map pre 10 minutes but its so frustrating to check on lolnexus and see that i have a four man bronze premade that are playing vs full silver 3 team beacuse they have one high silver yes silver isnt good but bronze is like..horrible

The worst part is that dynamic que players get away with beeing toxic beacuse there is nothing i can do about it they all say report me after the game even if i dont say shit and they laugh while i actually get reported if i do the same they dont get reported beacuse all of them can just say its a lie.

They never communicate they always excpect u to read their mind and the only reason they even climbed in the first place was beacuse they were preamde.

If this would happen 1 time every 20 game i wouldnt mind it, but this has happend 10 times the last 7 days and during the last 5 games ive had 3 games with premade four.. and they never do good.. never

Has any one here found a solution for this? how do you get them to comunicate with you. I would have gone over to overwatch aswell beacuse all of these premades are ruining my experience, but i dont have the pc for it. one

TLDR: You should be forced to play with premades, when u are in lower elos preamdes shouldnt meet higher ranked they get away with beeing toxic with no punishment they never communicate if u have a four man premade u dont have any impact on the game you get forced to play with premades way too often
