ban system is bullshit

Some time ago i've met trolling duo, they made around 0/20 by running down mid

In first game of my chat restrict for 10 games I was saying to my team that theres no chance to get them banned(trolling duo), because riot doesnt give a fuck about trolling (which is true) but they ban ppl for couple "bad" words (which is also true). I used "report" word couple of times and "fuck" word on chat.

In 2nd game i used chat couple of times, mostly saying "EZ" There were nothing toxic in 2nd game.

Now im looking at griefers' profiles, and they are able to play, they are not banned.

You may say that exception proves the rule - no.

My friend (ofc that was not me xD) tried to get ban, he was spamming "KS" without the "" on the middle, replace that with "Y", and he was running down mid for many games in a row, he didnt get banned for 14 days, he got 10 games chat restrict.
