Rune Page Editability for Players with Max Rune Pages

Essentially, i completely understand the purpose of having us buy rune pages, Riot needs to make money i get that. I personally have the max allowable set of rune pages, but on occasion i may want to play a random champion outside of my normal pool. In that situation it would be very convenient to modify my rune pages. The main complaint i see about this feature is that people will stop buying rune pages. If you add this option as an incentive for unlocking all rune pages, it would cause more people to purchase max rune pages, and make more money for Riot.

TLDR: Add the ability to edit rune pages in champ select for summoners who have all 20 rune pages unlocked.

Why bother make a thread about this anyway. Riot doesn't give a fuck. If they see this thread they won't reply, and even if they do reply they will say: "Although we see how that would be nice, it would be abusable so we won't implement it."

Would be seen as a big cash grab. Players with ~14 rune pages would be pissed.

Wouldn't that make the game pay to win in draft and ranked?

"Uh huh it's Zid top better get full armor runes"

"It's dumbass Taric i'll counter him with armor pen"

"Oh I'm fighting an ap I'll switch out my armor seals for mr"

Ally jungler:

"Uh oh forgot to make my special Volibear rune page guess i'll fix that"

Enemy jungler:

"Crap, I forgot to switch out my support runes with jungler ones, and my other rune page is ap. Guess I'm screwed."

Yea I feel like this would make for a large barrier to entry.

It already costs money to have more rune pages. What's the difference?
