Should Riot go to prison for criminal activity?

I was getting pretty upset thinking about how broken and easy to play Caitlyn is and I thought about how idiotic her recent "nerfs" were. Not properly nerfing a braindead hero just because you released a new skin is criminal. Its ruining my games and my experience on this game. What riot does is like giving a criminal on the streets a gun, the criminal robs a few people, then riot is forced to call the cops because they know who did the robbings.

why cant broken champions just get proper nerfs? i dont get it
