Sion's passive needs some help

I have been a Sion fan for awhile now and I love the rework done on him. But after playing him and utilizing his passive, myself and a few friends realized that it is too easy to get away from sion after he uses his burst of speed. He needs something like a small fear, a slow or something so you can actually use his passive effectively. This is just an opinion but I think others may agree with me.

It's better than when it scaled off of Max HP. And do remember that you're not supposed to die? :P

In all seriousness, a no cool down full HP revive every team fight could easily become OP. Just make sure you get a Frozen Mallet. Shoe upgrades help as well.
